Standard equipment included

A brand new office container delivered in 2026 is always supplied insulated, electrified and air-conditioned. These four features represent approximately 50% of the total cost — that's why an office container costs 4 to 6 times more than a comparable storage container.

Thermal insulation

Sprayed polyurethane 60 to 100 mm on walls and ceiling. R-value ~ 4.5 to 6. Without insulation, a metal container can reach 50 °C in summer — completely unusable.

Electrical installation compliant

Compliant NF C 15-100 panel board, RCD switch, 6 to 12 sockets depending on surface area, LED lighting. Single-phase 16 A connection is sufficient for standard office use.

Double-glazed PVC windows

2 to 4 windows according to format, with roller shutters or anti-burglary grilles. Entrance door in double-glazed PVC or solid steel security door (+£430 for reinforced version).

Heating + air conditioning

Reversible air conditioner (heat pump) sized according to surface area. Consumption 2-4 kWh per day of normal office use, which is an additional £40-80 electricity bill per month.
