Calculation method

The usable volume of a standard 20-foot container is 33 m³, a 40-foot is 67 m³, a high cube is 76 m³, a refrigerated 40-foot about 60 m³ (insulation reduces usable volume).

In practice, you never reach 100% of the usable volume: imperfectly secured pallets, limited stacking, padding. The standard stowage coefficient is 0.85 — what we apply.
