How long does it take to receive my quotes?+
Up to 48 hours. In practice, most requests receive at least 3 quotes within 24 hours.
Who are your supplier partners?+
UK-based suppliers only, with valid Companies House registration, public liability insurance and at least 2 years trading. Each supplier is verified at sign-up: registration check via Companies House API, insurance certificate, customer references. We refuse roughly 1 in 3 applications.
How many suppliers receive my quote request?+
Five maximum, selected by our algorithm based on your area and type of need. Never more than that. You will not be overwhelmed with calls.
Can I request a quote for a custom-fitted container?+
Yes. In the 'intended use' field of the form, describe your project (office, accommodation, pool, snack bar, etc.). We direct your request to suppliers specialised in conversion.
Can I compare purchase and rental within the same quote request?+
No, you need to make two separate requests. The pricing logic is different: some suppliers only sell, others only rent.
What if no supplier responds?+
This rarely happens on very specific requests. We notify you within 72 hours and offer to expand your geographical area or adjust your needs.
Is my quote binding?+
No. A quote is a commercial proposal, it does not bind the supplier or you until signed. You remain free to negotiate, refuse, or accept.
