Our mission
Help individuals and professionals compare offers for a container, welfare unit or site cabin project. One request may lead to several quotes, up to 5 and subject to available partners. The service is free for the applicant, who negotiates and contracts directly with the supplier.
Why we created ContainerEU
The shipping container market in France consists of hundreds of sellers of all sizes, from manufacturers to used equipment resellers, including construction industry specialists. The offer is abundant. But for a buyer, finding it — and comparing it — is a nightmare.
Searching 'buy a 20-foot container' on Google returns three types of results: large e-commerce sites with prices that say 'contact us', dubious classified ads, and generic local pages. To get three comparable quotes, you have to fill out three forms, make three calls and follow up three times. Most people give up after two.
We start from the premise that an opaque market is not fatal — it just needs an independent structure to do proper matchmaking work. This is what insurance, health plan, construction works, and solar panel comparators have been doing for fifteen years. It was missing in shipping containers. Now, it exists.

Editorial independence
Your request may be sent to no more than five active partners. They are selected by country, delivery areas, container type and the requests they agree to receive. Their subscription may also affect the selection order. We do not check live stock. Selection does not guarantee quality, any particular number of replies or a response time: each supplier must confirm availability and terms.
Transparency about data
The ContainerEU Barometer presents indicative ranges from our pricing model. The methodology explains these assumptions; they are not statistics of observed quotations.
Stringency in Selection
Before signing, check the company in its country's official business register. Ask for proof of insurance, references and delivery terms. Being a partner does not replace these checks.
Data Protection
With your consent, we send your request and contact details to no more than 5 ContainerEU suppliers and to Quotbox. Quotbox may send them to 5 more partners, making 10 professionals at most in total. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
